Last week we had an exciting trip to the Worcester Bosch headquarters to discuss some new ideas about the digital revolution. Although we aren’t allowed to go in to any detail it was a fantastic trip where we learnt so much. It was also great to meet other Worcester Accredited Installers from all over the UK and learn from their stories of successes and failures. After chatting to these heating companies we picked up some great ideas of how we can improve GA Services and cant wait to implement them to improve our customers experiences and grow our business.
I always enjoy a trip to Worcester Bosch as it reaffirms that we are giving our customers the best advice when it comes to recommending them their new boiler installation.
