Our Rates - We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments. Estimates can be provided for larger works (Boiler Installation, Heating Systems, Electrical Rewires etc). All prices include VAT.

Fixed Prices* - Fixed prices can be given if requested either verbal or a written quotation by the engineer before work commences.

Materials – Materials supplied  will be charged at trade price plus 20% mark up.

invoice – The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of labour and materials.

Payment – Payment must be made in full and can be paid by credit or debit card, cash or BACS upon receipt of the invoice.

We do not charge for travelling, parking or call-outs and we have no hidden charges.
